United Nations Condemn Vatican.

The united nations report out to-day condemns the Vatican for not doing enough to protect children and to name and prosecute paedophile Priests who carried out these acts.

People thought the new Pope would turn things around and get this all sorted out to the benefit of the church, it’s people but most of all the children, but all he has done is to start an enquiry which will take about twenty years to report back with the findings that nothing took place and everything is fine.

Cardinal Keith O’Brien inappropriate behaviour

Another Catholic priest, this time a Cardinal has been reported for inappropriate behaviour towards men or youths in his charge.

Three priests and a former priest in Scotland have reported the most senior Catholic clergyman in Britain, Cardinal Keith O’Brien, to the Vatican over allegations of inappropriate behaviour stretching back 30 years. stretching back 30 years.

One of the complainants, it is understood, alleges that the cardinal developed an inappropriate relationship with him, resulting in a need for long-term psychological counselling.

Dutch paedophile priests

Once again a post about paedophile Priests, on new reports just out about Holland and Belgium.

An independent Dutch inquiry into child sexual abuse committed by Catholic priests said it found “tens of thousands” of victims since 1945, identifying 800 alleged perpetrators ( Priests ).

Tens of thousands of children were exposed to “mild, severe or very severe sexual behaviour” by clergy or lay workers in the Dutch Catholic Church over a 65-year period between 1945 and 2010, the commission said in its final report.

Most were priests, but the figure also includes lay workers. “Of these 800people, at least 105 are still alive.”

Paedophile priests

Another Clerical Abuse Report into paedophile priests came out to-day, although the full report is not to be published for another three weeks or more.

The report looks back  as far as 1975, investigated and interviewed men and woman who were molested by these paedophile priests.

A lot of the people involved took it so badly that they became drug users, alcoholics or committed suicide.

Five dioceses were involved, one in the South of Ireland and four in Northern  Ireland, lots of paedophile priests and children.

It’s a disgrace that the Catholic church is still hiding the fact that this is still going on, more so when the Irish law say’s that all paedophile priest’s must be reported to the police. Why doe’s the catholic church from the Pope down protect these priest’s from going to jail.

Quote the Justice Minister:- New laws that will compel priests to report paedophiles to Gardai (Police ), even if they are told of the abuse in the confession box.

“The law of the land should not be stopped by the collar,” he said.
