Poem:Fairy woman

The fairy woman wails during the night.

Her piercing, screeching sound brings fear.

Crying aloud, she hunts out death.

Searching out souls who are in great pain.

She is a banshee, who wanders the earth.

Someone near is about to die.

When they hear her screams so loud.

They will die and their soul she will take.

  2. I love ‘Banshee’ stories and poems. Love this too, Harry. Thank you. One of my niece’s cats is called Banshee. A beautiful, sleek black girl. And a voice to match her name. 😳
